Corish Consulting was founded by Des Corish in 2014. Corish Consulting offers organisations of all sizes a range of Human Resources, Health & Safety and Training and Development services.

Des Corish has been a Senior Human Resources Leader since 2000. He has had a successful career in a market leading indigenous company in the Logistics Sector, and in a leading international company in the Healthcare Sector.  He has implemented significant business re-structuring to respond to both growth and downsizing. He has also achieved success in Manufacturing Management before moving to Human Resources.

In his earlier career, he spent an extended period in the U.S. and worked in Process Engineering, Quality Assurance and Manufacturing functions (both technical and management). He adopts a collaborative, but firm approach in getting people to accept change, is committed to high standards and enjoys working in a Team environment. Serious attention has always been given to his ongoing Professional Development.

Des studied at UCD and WIT and holds a BBS in Business (Human Resources & Industrial Relations), a BSc in Science (Biotechnology) and an MBS in Business (Management of Change). Continued Professional Development includes various Leadership and Business Management accredited courses, qualifications in Training and Development and Health & Safety.
